Systems Engineering & Equipment Integration

Incorporating a modular approach to equipment and systems design, G3 Systems focus on deployable, containerised and hybrid soft/hard walled shelters covering a wide range of climates and capabilities required on land or sea.

Working closely with our customers, G3 Systems seeks to fully understand the technical, operational and logistical requirements of each application and to engineer a solution that integrates seamlessly into the clients existing operations and facilities.

Infrastructure Solutions

Our facilities and infrastructure solutions are based on versatile steel frame, pre-engineered & modular buildings – either as individual facilities or in integrated complexes.

These are supported by our building services expertise and minor works, including provision of all internal and external mechanical and electrical systems.

Services include manufacture, procurement, & transportation to site; grounds work, foundations and utilities; construction; installation & integration of all services; and full testing and commissioning to required international standards.

Medical Facilities

We offer a turnkey service with ability to design, deliver and operate a wide range of medical facilities to the highest international standards. Our design capabilities include patient and process flow analysis.

These range from deployable shelters through containerized facilities to full construction and have included: hospitals; primary healthcare facilities, dental facilities, laboratories, CT and radiology suites, and mortuary facilities.

Electrical & Mechanical Design & Engineering

With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the design, testing and validation of engineering solutions, G3 Systems provides proven, reliable and resilient systems and infrastructure that fulfils operational objectives.

The design engineers are fully integrated as part of the project teams. Utilising the latest design software packages, technology and the skills of our mechanical, HVAC and electrical engineering staff, G3 Systems produce complete design packages in 2D and 3D. 3D modelling of our design solution brings many benefits including visual prototyping and parametric feature modelling, enabling visualisation of innovative design concepts before detailed design begins.

Assembly, Testing & Commissioning of Engineered Solutions

On agreement and approval of the final design with the customer, G3 Systems sets to work procuring resources and equipment ahead of the system build and integration phase in accordance with the approved design.

Full testing and compliance checks are then conducted in line with agreed specifications before final deployment and commissioning takes place.

Bespoke ‘Through Life’ support

From complete Through Life in-service support to the provision of spares for maintenance, a bespoke support solution that meets the needs of the equipment User is an integral part of G3 Systems service offering.

We provide Through Life Support to G3 Systems engineered solutions, as well that of other equipment manufacturers.

G3 Systems have provided Field Service Engineer (FSE) support to deployed operational equipment since 2005 and continue to do so. We have supported a range of equipment and customers, from complex medical equipment in use within operational military hospitals in Iraq and Afghanistan to deployed engineering facilities in Europe, North America and Afghanistan. The support models employed in support of this equipment include a man in a van response for UK based equipment, 24/7 emergency call out support for operational medical equipment and on-site deployed contractor support for longer periods of deployment
