About the Role

Capture Preparation & Handover

Partnership & Supply Chain Development

Marketing, Brand & External Positioning

• Support the development of marketing collateral, capability brochures, case studies and thought-leadership content.
• Identify PR, events and marketing channels that enhance G3 Systems’ reputation and visibility within the defence and infrastructure sectors.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in brand messaging, website content, and customer-facing communications.

Governance, Processes & Cross-Functional Working

• Ensure all BD activities are aligned with internal governance requirements, including Gate Reviews for new opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with EP&P, Operations, Finance, ICT, Security and other business support teams to ensure opportunities are accurately costed, risk-assessed and viable.
• Comply with all Company Business Operating Procedures and contribute to the development or refinement of processes that support sustainable growth.

Records Management & Information Governance

• Maintain accurate, compliant and audit-ready records relating to BD and marketing activities in line with G3 Systems’ Records Retention Business Process.
• Ensure appropriate information security handling, including classification and storage requirements for official-sensitive material

Qualifications Required

Essential

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business development, capture, client engagement or strategic programme role within defence, engineering, maritime or complex infrastructure sectors.
• Degree-level education.
• Demonstrable project or programme management experience, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic and delivery-focused activities.

Desirable

• Postgraduate qualification (MBA, Marketing, Defence Studies or similar).
• Formal capture management or bid-management training (APMP, Shipley, etc.)

The ideal candidate will lead the mobilisation and delivery of the WTB Maintenance Agreement, from team recruitment and Maintenance Solution realisation to full in-service support delivery. Based at the Netherlands PMO, the role will manage the resources, finances, risks, and subcontractors while ensuring programme performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and full compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.

Achievement of security clearance is mandatory to the role to enable the successful candidate to work on this programme..

Key responsibilities shall include:

Mobilisation Phase:

• Support the recruitment and mobilisation of the project team.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures specific to the delivery of the WTB Maintenance Agreement.
• Involvement in the identification of resources required to set up the maintenance contract, including the setup of the Maintenance Management System (MMS) and PMO facilities.

Service Delivery Phase:

• Responsible for the delivery of In-Service Support as defined in the Maintenance Agreement.
• Located in The Netherlands this role will operate out of the G3 Systems Netherlands Programme Management Office (NL PMO), with responsibility for the running of the office and in-country activities
• Management of resources and programmes to ensure In-Service support is delivered on time, to cost and Key Performance Indicators are met.
• Delegated Financial responsibility for the project.
• Initiation and upkeep of project risk registers.
• Initiation and maintenance of effective business relationships with project stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring at all times the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Management of multi-disciplined Service Delivery Teams.
• Management of Service Delivery Sub-contractor.
• Provision of timely technical and budgetary reports as required.
• Overall Safety, Quality & Technical responsibilities for all project related activities.

Qualifications Required:

• Recognised Project Management qualification
• Recognised Engineering Qualification
• IT literate with demonstrable ability in the use of the MS suite of applications, including MS Project

Essential Skills / Experience Required:

• 5 Years demonstrable experience in a Support Delivery Management role.
• Project & programme scheduling.
• Planning and Programme Management.
• Experience of a Maintenance Management database to help plan and manage maintenance activities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English languages, written and oral.
• Experience of working with the Dutch MOD.
• Reliable, presentable with good timekeeping.
• Good record keeping skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and fully understand engineering plans and details.
• Excellent technical understanding of engineering principles.
• Working knowledge of European and ISO Standards.

G3 Systems Ltd is seeking an experienced and safety-driven Electrical Supervisor to join our construction team on a rotational deployment in Lagos, Nigeria. Working to UK standards within an international environment, you will oversee electrical installation works, ensure strict compliance with safety and quality requirements, and support the successful delivery of a high-profile project.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced construction setting.

Your work pattern will be 14 weeks deployed / 3 weeks leave rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest standards of safety in line with G3 Systems’ Safety Policy, ensuring the wellbeing of staff, supply chain partners and the general public.
• Enforce correct use of PPE in accordance with company policy and subcontractor RAMs.
• Promote a strong safety culture by working safely, stopping unsafe work, raising concerns, and participating in safety initiatives.
• Ensure all materials delivered to site meet programme dates and required specifications.
• Record electrical installation early warnings via the Risk Register and escalate to the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
• Collaborate with the Design Team to maintain compliance with G3 Systems’ design responsibilities.
• Work closely with subcontractors to ensure installations meet UK specifications and quality standards.
• Attend daily coordination meetings to review progress and upcoming works.
• Document site discussions and actions through clear, professional email communication.
• Participate in look-ahead planning meetings, identifying and raising any programme concerns.
• Perform quality checks of completed installations and maintain accurate records using paper forms and the I-Auditor system.
• Ensure work areas are fully prepared for key stage inspections by the G3 QA Manager.
• Manage and enforce the company Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedure.

Qualifications Required

• C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
• BS7671 qualification (17th or 18th Edition).
• City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Inspection and Testing or EAL Level 3 Test & Inspection.

Skills & Experience

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with confidence in directing and coordinating contractors and team members.
• Solid understanding of risk, compliance, planning and project management.
• Proven experience leading teams of electricians and taking operational responsibility for electrical service delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Demonstrable electrical experience in FM, construction, secure, military, healthcare, or similar environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety and welfare of the general public, staff and supply chain within their control under the strict observance of the G3 Systems Safety policy
• Ensure PPE is being correctly worn relevant to the company’s policy and sub-contractors RAMs
• Working safely, stopping work if unsafe and speaking up to address any safety concerns
• Participate in safety initiatives
• Ensure all materials delivered to site to meet production needs, this will be in line with the UK Commercial team.  Scrutiny of the material with special attention to BS-EN materials is needed.
• Ensure that all additional work is identified and that the site team are fully aware of all potential opportunities and risks in line with mechanical BOQ.
• Communicate any project issues/risks to site team to ensure that they are fully aware of project progress and is notified of all financial, specification and time risks
• Attend daily meetings regarding daily progress and upcoming works
• Sending meeting minutes to relevant contractors regarding conversations held on site
• Quality checks of installation works completed using I-Auditor software
• Ensure Work areas are ready for key stage inspections
• Act as on-site surveyor for G3 CDP mechanical items, working collaboratively with the sub-contractor to ensure conformity with specifications and layout drawings.
• Manage to O&M production with G3 and sub-contractors.

Qualifications Required

• Level 3 Diploma in Plumbing Studies (6035-02)
• Diploma in Heating and Ventilating – Industrial and Commercial Installation (6188-30)
• Diploma in Heating and Ventilating – Ductwork Installation (6188-31)
• Diploma in Planned and Reactive Maintenance on Heating and Ventilating Systems (6188-32)
• Award in F-Gas and ODS Regulations 2079: Category I – Leak checking, recovery, installation, service, maintenance of equipment
• Level 2 & 3 NVQ Diplomas in Heating and Ventilation

Skills & Experience

• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills, with an ability and confidence to coordinate and direct third party contractors and employees
• A rounded knowledge of risk and compliance and demonstrable planning & project management skills
• Previous experience providing installation compliance for Mechanical sub-contractors, taking operational responsibility for the Mechanical service delivery on the site
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Demonstrable experience in a Mechanical Discipline (f-gas, HVAC or Plumbing) ideally within an FM or Construction environment and / or secure environment, military, health or similar sectors.
